The third appearance of a father-son controversy over a significant manufacturing business’s control made its way to the Nebraska’s Supreme Court in February.
“The trial court was directed to grant relief for our client by your 2006 Mandate, but did the precise opposite,” David Domina told the Court. “The issue is whether the Supreme Court’s Mandate will be followed.”
The business dispute which broke out in 2001 and involves control of an FDA-regulated enterprise, turns on documents dating back to 1946 and questions about whether they will be honored going forward.
