A group of more than a half dozen lawsuits, involving a Domina Law Group pc llo client, were all resolved concurrently after five years of litigation and dozens of depositions.
These cases involved a product liability claim and a contention chemical contamination to a processed human food made the food unpalatable. These cases were resolved for an undisclosed sum and all parties to the litigation expressed satisfaction at the outcome.
Domina Law Group pc llo’s lawyers proposed a method of resolving the case before it was filed, in late 2005 which ultimately was similar to the manner in which settlement came to pass in late 2010.
“While we are gratified the case is resolved and pleased for our client for the outcome, we wish, for all concerned, the case could have been resolved much more quickly,” Dave Domina said. “We tried!” he added.
