Two families' lives were forever changed when their vehicle was struck head on by an oncoming driver who crossed the centerline and drove directly into their lane of travel. The tragic collision claimed the life of a 12 year old occupant of the vehicle and seriously injured the surviving family members who were traveling with her.
David Domina and James F. Cann filed lawsuits for the child's wrongful death and the injured family members. "This collision is so tragic," Cann said. "Our clients did nothing to cause this. It should not have happened."
