A Federal Judge rendered a $1,249,540.41 judgment in favor of a Domina Law Group client who was sexually abused by a middle school teacher in Omaha, Nebraska.
The sexual abuse lawsuit, which had been profiled by KETV Omaha and other media outlets, concerned Davis Middle School teacher Brian Robeson, who was sentenced to 40 years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree sexual assault in 2016.
