Nebraska Dairy Case Reaches Jury

An Omaha federal jury began hearing evidence in a major dairy injury case this week. Domina Law Group pc llo's clients claim their northeast Nebraska-based dairy herd was widely harmed when improper feeds and rations were delivered and fed to the cows. They content the feed caused large death and injury losses to cows, and dramatically lowered milk production.

Hubbard Feeds, a Minnnesota firm, denies the claims asserted by Domina Law Group pc llo clients. But pretrial filings disclose that the jury will hear from veterinarians, nutritionists and dairymen who support the claims.

James Cann and Dave Domina expect the trial to last a little under two weeks, and expect a verdict in late February.
