Domina Law Goes to Gothenburg to Discuss Syngenta, Water Issues

Syngenta and water rights meeting in Gothenburg, NE

With corn prices at a five-year low, many Nebraska farmers have questions about the current state of the market. Domina Law Group's Dave Domina and Brian Jorde will be holding a town hall meeting in Gothenburg, Nebraska this Thursday, February 19 to discuss Syngenta suits as well as water rights. The meeting will be held at Gothenburg Nebraska Barn & Grill at 7pm.

Syngenta has faced a string of lawsuits over allegations that it failed to get certain genetically modified corn seed approved by China, one of the U.S. corn market's largest patrons, before selling the seed to U.S. farmers. China initially banned all imports of U.S. corn, even corn not grown with the GMO seed, allegedly causing farmers and exporters to suffer financial loss.

Lawsuits against Syngenta are complex, but all U.S. corn farmers are encouraged to seek legal counsel to learn their rights and options. There is a lot of hype about Syngenta cases of late. Join us in Gothenburg to get the facts about potential financial recovery and what to do if you are a corn farmer or exporter.
