Gregory S. Ramirez is a life-long Nebraskan. He was born in Norfolk. Mr. Ramirez graduated from Creighton University, summa cum laude, and from Creighton University School of Law, magna cum laude. During law school, Mr. Ramirez was a published author for the Creighton Law Review, and served on its Board of Editors. Mr. Ramirez was inducted into Alpha Sigma Nu, the highest honor Creighton confers upon a law student.

After law school, Mr. Ramirez served as law clerk to the Honorable John F. Wright of the Nebraska Supreme Court. As a Supreme Court law clerk, he researched and drafted judicial memoranda, briefs, and opinions on many areas of law. His work with Justice Wright allowed Mr. Ramirez to see the law as a profession that can bring positive change to society.

Following Nebraska Supreme Court service, Mr. Ramirez entered private practice at a national labor and employment law firm. He represented employers and businesses in litigation in many states. Cases Mr. Ramirez handled workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour law violations, FMLA violations, tort claims, contract claims, and violations of restrictive covenants.

Mr. Ramirez believes in Domina Law Group’s mission to advocate for clients who have suffered injustices or misapplications of law. Greg works tirelessly for his clients, and understands the irreplaceable role of jurors and the importance of jury service to democratic government.

Mr. Ramirez is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Omaha Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Directors of Inclusive Communities of Omaha. Mr. Ramirez is proficient in written and spoken Spanish.
