David Domina argues case of first impression, one that has not yet been decided upon in our states history, in Nebraska Supreme Court. Once decided the case will determine what duties and responsibilities do Trustees of a Trust have to report and account for assets, liabilities, income or expenses of a Trust to Trust beneficiaries. It will also determine whether or not IRS Form K-1’s are sufficient to "reasonably inform" recipients of trust activities and to serve as required accounting.
