DOMINA LAW Group pc llo is believed to be the only law firm in the United States to have had a lead role in two impeachments of constitutional officers.  In Nebraska, three impeachments have occurred in state history. The first was over 130 years ago. The two in which David A. Domina played the roles of chief investigator, and trial lawyer respectively are:

DOMINA LAW Group pc llo achieved declaration that the Nebraska property taxation system was unconstitutional. The system was scrapped and the Legislature “started over” as a result.
