Mr. Bottlinger holds undergraduate degrees in biochemistry, English, and economics from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.  He received his law school education at Baylor Law School in Waco, Texas.  While at Baylor Law School, Mr. Bottlinger earned membership to the Order of Barristers, and he was a member of the National Moot Court Team.  He was the champion of the Strasburger & Price Moot Court Competition as well as being named best speaker in the competition.  He was also a semi-finalist in the Bob Wortham Practice Court Mock Trial Competition.

Mr. Bottlinger is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association.  He is eligible to practice in all courts of the State of Nebraska and in all courts of the State of Texas.  He is also eligible to practice in the Nebraska District Federal Courts and the Texas Southern District Federal Courts.
