Mark D. Raffety was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in 1990. Mr. Raffety began practicing law in Norfolk, Nebraska. Mr. Raffety has worked as a Deputy County Attorney in Madison, Dawson, and Lincoln counties. Mr. Raffety worked as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Nebraska from 1997 to 2003. Mr. Raffety has extensive experience in the areas of criminal law, condemnation, administrative law and government civil litigation practice. Mr. Raffety handles complex criminal cases involving complex forensic science issues as well as complex financial crimes and has extensive experience as an Appellate Lawyer.
