    Terry A. White is an accomplished trial lawyer with nearly two decades of experience. Ms. White’s practice, in locations across the United States, includes extensive work with anti-trust, consumer fraud, class action practice, white collar criminal defense, and other areas of complex litigation.

    Ms. White tried and settled claims recovering millions of dollars. Her white collar criminal defense expertise includes analysis of the Federal Sentencing Guidelines, the proffer process, and evaluation of important strategic defenses. She has helped individuals and companies prepare to meet Grand Jury investigations, furnish testimony, and achieve pre-indictment dispositions of cases. She also has experience at defense of federal administrative agency actions, and agency practice.

    Before joining DOMINA LAW Group pc llo, Ms. White was a shareholder at an Omaha corporate law firm and with a Washington DC complex litigation firm.

    Ms. White’s Midwest roots make her well acquainted with Nebraska, the Dakotas, and Iowa, where she resides now. Her experience at teaching legal research and writing at the law school level included work to help establish a legal writing clinic at Creighton University. Ms. White’s personal professional writing reflects the highest quality of scholarship and clarity.
