• Complex bankruptcy litigation involving injuries to law groups of producers and fraud, including the Nation’s largest cattle theft case in history, In Re George Young , US District Court, District of Missouri.

• Extended practice within, and outside of, Nebraska.  David Domina has been called to try cases in other states involving highly sensitive family disputes, where an outside lawyer and outside legal services were requested.
