TransCanada Tarsands Pipeline Company proposed a new route today through Nebraska with three alternative route deviations. They propose a new “Northern Alternative,” a “Clarks Alternative,” and a “Western Alternative.”
More than 60 new miles of land and landowners will now be affected.
