As the Hergert impeachment trial comes to a close, Attorney David Domina has still not called David Hergert himself as a witness. Today in court, the lawyers defending David Hergert against charges such as campaign rigging/election fraud and lying to conceal his misconduct attempted to claim that Hergert's messy office was to blame for losing important documents, rather than intentional concealing of evidence. According to the Gazette, "David Domina…would have none of it." Today in court, Mr. Domina questioned Hergert's office manager, Charlotte Herrell.
