Case Results

Mondelli v. Kendel Homes Corp.

With regard to the Mondellis' appeal, we conclude that the district court abused its discretion in excluding the testimony of Drs. Pour and King. This exclusion of evidence was prejudicial error. The district court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to allow joinder of the claims of the Mondelli family.

Domina, Jorde to Address Critical Ag Issues at Meeting Next Tuesday

Attorneys Dave Domina and Brian Jorde will hold an informational meeting next Tuesday, March 10 to discuss pertinent agricultural and economic issues.

Join Attorneys Dave Domina and Brian Jorde on Tuesday, March 10, at 10 a.m. for an informational meeting you won't want to miss. Domina and Jorde will discuss issues important to Nebraska ag producers as well as Nebraskans at large. The meeting will take place at the Walter T. Larsen Senior Center at 702 Peabody Avenue in Creighton.

Later that same day, Domina and Jorde will appear for another informational meeting at 1:00pm in the Wayne City Auditorium (220 Pearl St).

This meeting is perfect for anyone who may have questions about Syngenta "bad corn" claims arising over MIR 162 as well as anyone concerned about Nebraska's water law and issues.

These aren't just legal challenges that await Nebraskans, said Domina, but opportunities as well. Domina and Jorde have been traveling to cities across Nebraska to inform farmers, ranchers, and residents alike of their rights.

As native Nebraskans intimately acquainted with these issues, Domina and Jorde want people in agriculture to know the truth, not the hype, about the issues that face them. If you would like more information but cannot make it to this meeting, contact Domina Law Group today for more information.
