Mondelli v. Kendel Homes Corp.

With regard to the Mondellis' appeal, we conclude that the district court abused its discretion in excluding the testimony of Drs. Pour and King. This exclusion of evidence was prejudicial error. The district court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to allow joinder of the claims of the Mondelli family.

Attorney Dave Domina was honored to be on a panel at University of Connecticut School of Law’s 20 th Annual Thomas R. Gallivan Jr. Conference on the topic “Kelo: A Decade Later.”

On Friday, March 20, Dave Domina had the privilege of speaking on one of the panels at UCONN’s annual Gallivan Conference, which this year was on the Supreme Court’s decision in Kelo v. New London. Domina addressed post-Kelo legal changes that you can learn more about by watching the videos below.
