Mondelli v. Kendel Homes Corp.

With regard to the Mondellis' appeal, we conclude that the district court abused its discretion in excluding the testimony of Drs. Pour and King. This exclusion of evidence was prejudicial error. The district court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to allow joinder of the claims of the Mondelli family.

Rex Moats v. Republican Party of Nebraska

In this article, written by Kyle Michaelis, David Domina's name was mentioned as a potential Democratic nominee for Governor. The article states that "Domina is one of the finest attorneys in the state." Domina's involvement in politics led the author of this article to speak on the topic of Rex Moats v. Republican Party of Nebraska. In this case, Mr. David Domina made a compelling argument in front of the Nebraska Supreme Court.

The article quotes David Domina stating, "It's obviously a suit about principle; it's not a suit about money. The objective is quality campaigning, as contrasted with what we've experienced in recent years as Americans." As he always does, Mr. Domina fought in this case to hold a party accountable for their actions. In this case, he was holding the Nebraska Republican Party accountable.
