Montana Ag Summit Speaker Addressed Why Too Big is Failing

Nebraska Trial Lawyer David A. Domina of Domina Law Group addressed the Montana Cattleman's Association on the topic of failing ag markets in the United States. Mr. Domina will discuss "why too big is failing" at the conference in Lewistown, Montana. The proposed regulations by USDA Packers & Stockyards Administration have come under recent scrutiny. These rules would change the way cattle, hogs and poultry are handled across the nation. Mr. Domina was asked to speak at the summit because of his presence at the frontlines of these debates. He and the other attorneys at Domina Law Group are strong proponents of healthy competition in the U.S. agriculture market. This is not the first time Mr. Domina will speak on this topic. In fact, he spoke at a joint U.S. Department of Justice and Department of Agriculture workshop and meetings held by the Independent Cattlemen of Nebraska. To view the full press release, click here.
