Grocery Store Dispute Ends

Grocery Store Dispute Ends

A lawsuit between a central Nebraska grocer and a national wholesale company filed in U S District Court, Nebraska, was resolved outside the courtroom shortly before trial. The case arose when a retail grocer decided it would no longer do business with a former supplier due to alleged problems in deliveries, pricing, and the level at which ordered goods were delivered or left out of shipments.

The resolution ends a dispute about the wholesaler's level of service and pricing structure, and the store's level of purchases. James F Cann of Domina Law Group handled the case and resolved the matter without trial.
