Trial Concluded in Complex Business Dispute

A lengthy and complicated business dispute involving a major pharmaceuticals company reached trial and case submission to the presiding judge in June, 2004.

Domina Law Group's attorneys, David Domina, James Cann, and Claudia Stringfield worked for more than three years, and through three appeals, from the trial court’s pre-trial rulings to help their client reach a date for trial, and submit his position on legal and factual issues. The case remains under submission and is expected to be decided shortly.

The controversy, arising from difficulties within the ownership structure, will determine management’s succession for a major Midwestern pharmaceuticals company. Parties to the suit include the company and its two majority shareholders, who are at odds over important historic company documents.
