Case Results

Mondelli v. Kendel Homes Corp.

With regard to the Mondellis' appeal, we conclude that the district court abused its discretion in excluding the testimony of Drs. Pour and King. This exclusion of evidence was prejudicial error. The district court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to allow joinder of the claims of the Mondelli family.

Traumatic Brain Injuries

Have You Sustained an Injury?

Traumatic brain injuries (TBIs) can potentially affect someone for the rest of their life depending on the severity. Our brains are arguably the most important organ, seeing as the brain controls every other part of our bodies. Severe TBIs can permanently impact the brain’s ability to send the necessary signals out, and can dramatically change the way someone lives for the rest of their lives. Once you seek the necessary medical attention, you should seek legal counsel to determine whether you can seek financial compensation to assist with any medical or long-term costs associated with your injury.

Contact the Domina Law Group at (888) 387-4134 to set up a meeting with one of our traumatic brain injury attorneys.

Filing Your Claim

The symptoms following a less severe TBI may fade, but in many cases the victim can suffer from permanent damage. Some injuries may even require surgery to repair a hematoma or prevent a brain bleed that will both increase the health risk as well as add to any medical bills. Even mild TBIs could require multiple hospital visits, especially if the victim has already suffered from a TBI in the past.

If you suffered a TBI due to someone else’s negligence, you may be able to file a claim to seek the compensation you need. The Domina Law Group pc llo has spent the past 30+ years handling hundreds of personal injury cases across the United States, and our traumatic brain injury lawyers are prepared to handle any case, even if it means taking your claim to court. Contact us today to request a case consultation, or call us at (888) 387-4134 to set up a meeting with one of our personal injury attorneys.
